    Has anyone got a tech contact at True Commerce, or can you tell me whether they handle exploding kits correctly when bringing in orders/invoices?

    Per a client using TC and sales kits, the import is triggered within TC. TC will generate an import log of issues to be followed up with. Sales kits appear on the log. Client has to go into SO entry to maintain the sales kit line. Sage automatically explodes that line to display (add) the component lines. I am not sure if this is the best TC can do or if the client declined to pay for the addition scripting to make it automated.

    Here's a tip if you decide to contact support. Use the portal https://customercenter.truecommerce.com/portal/login.aspx to create a case under the customer's account. Then call and reference the case number generated. Much faster than waiting for a call back.

    I've had great luck and response from Tony Tineri <Tony.Tineri@truecommerce.com> and Ryan Radlosky <Ryan.Radlosky@truecommerce.com> at True Commerce when it comes to technical questions.

    Agree that Ryan is great resource at TC. Even if he doesn't have the answer he knows where to find it, which is sometimes even more valuable.
