  • 1.  Has anyone found a way to fully access the Sage KB on an iPad/ iOS device?

    I can get into the KB and submit a query. The first page of results displays fine. If you have more than one page of results the next page errors out

    System is not currently available. Please contact the system administrator.
    Has anyone found a workaround for iOS?

    Interesting. I use my iPad all the time but I guess I usually stick to the first page of results. I typically always have it setup to request desktop site and I use chrome. I get the same error as you. Looks like they using Javascript and my guess is that there is something within the javascript that is doing something not available on the iPad with Chrome. Have you tried Dolphin, firefox or any other alternative browser on the iPad?

    I checked Safari and Chrome, which both fail..

    I haven't looked at other browsers. I was hoping it was just some trick I hadn't uncovered yet.

    Just curious, if you use the filters on the left side after the search results display, do you also get an error?

    I am not sure if I've tried that. I have looked at this on and off over a period of a few years and always seem to get the same results on iOS.
