    Has anyone experienced slow performance with the standard Customer Pricing Report? I have a customer on 2016 that has only 12000 items and 2200 customers and yet this report takes hours to run. I don't want to create something from scratch because I don't like messing with the IM_PriceCode table when they use so many different combinations of pricing the way this customer does. I don't see any documentation that there have been changes to it in 2017/2018 so was hoping maybe someone has had a similar experience and knew a trick to help the speed?

    Have you tried running it from the serve to eliminate network issues?

    Maybe copy in the Standard report from a clean install? Something on the report itself circling or something?

    Save as to another Report format, open that one and check on convert database null values to default and convert other null values to default in report options. You may have a record with a blank.

    Wow, Moira - I haven't thought about those options in years!! I'll try it. Michelle, I happened to find a copy of their data on my local system and am running the report, and it's on 20 min now. It's got to be something with the data then if this is not normal for this report.
