Has anyone experienced issues with prices recalculating when entering a SO Invoice from a Sales Order? It does not happen on all invoices, but they claim it happens daily and then they have to manually change the prices on the invoice. They do currently use Avalara for sales tax calculation. They are not using any customer or item price schedules in Sage. I am wondering if other users have run into this issue with Standard Sage or if it is possibly Avatax that is recalculating prices when invoicing.

Catherine, if you are importing sales orders and establish the price on import, make sure you also set "" PriceOverridden = Y"". this field lets the software know that the price has been set manually and should not be re-calculated from the price matrix.

Any ""Sales Promotion"" prices in place?

They are not importing any order/invoices. Also, no sales promotion. Thanks for the suggestions.

If they override the price in SO Data Entry, then change the quantity in Invoice Data Entry, it could revert back to the item selling price. That might explain why it's only happening occasionally.
