Has anyone every seen or have familiarity with Rightnow CRM? Have a client on MAS 200 4.30 that installled it (via their own choice and their own research) and now they are looking for some MAS integration with it, in terms of customer data and RMA data.
They strictly use it for their Tech Support dept (not use by their Sales dept) and it integrates into their phone system as well. They said they looked into and liked Sage CRM but it was overkill for them and not geared enough towards Tech Support (I'm just the messenger don't shoot me).
