MyOwn ASP is owned by Stan Kania at Software Link. Software Link grew rapidly when they purchased a Peachtree training center and Stan was close with Taylor. About 5 years ago they hired a guy to run their cloud and moved it to a commercial data center and grew rapidly with QB hosting. They do host Sage 50 100, 500 and X3 as well. When they moved to Peak 10 (single data center to my knowledge) they became a viable competitor for I-BN.
Insync came to one or two Sage Summits over the years. They are also more focused on the QB level customer and have a commercially viable hosting practice.
We have had clients approached by both competitors and have had clients migrate from them, but to my knowledge we have not lost any customers to either.
I-BN was the first company authorized to host back in 1999 and have been at every Vision, Insight and Summit since. We have approximately 2000 users in our cloud with about 100 current Sage 100 installs.
We are all priced competitively including the current iSySair vendor member.
PS I am biased...
