Has anyone ever worked with either of these companies? INSYNC or MYOWNASP.com. We are looking for hosting options for Sage 100 and we are no longer recommending Applianz. Just looking for any feed back on real experiences with either of these vendors. Thanks, Pam

I had MYOWNASP try to do an ROR on me for a client I referred to them. We have several clients on IBN.

We are also looking for options to host our Sage 100 clients. I have talked to TrappOnline and iSySair. I would love to hear what everyone else is doing.

Where is the IBN data center located?

MyOwn ASP is owned by Stan Kania at Software Link. Software Link grew rapidly when they purchased a Peachtree training center and Stan was close with Taylor. About 5 years ago they hired a guy to run their cloud and moved it to a commercial data center and grew rapidly with QB hosting. They do host Sage 50 100, 500 and X3 as well. When they moved to Peak 10 (single data center to my knowledge) they became a viable competitor for I-BN. Insync came to one or two Sage Summits over the years. They are also more focused on the QB level customer and have a commercially viable hosting practice. We have had clients approached by both competitors and have had clients migrate from them, but to my knowledge we have not lost any customers to either. I-BN was the first company authorized to host back in 1999 and have been at every Vision, Insight and Summit since. We have approximately 2000 users in our cloud with about 100 current Sage 100 installs. We are all priced competitively including the current iSySair vendor member. PS I am biased...

@PamScott . Can you share with us why you no longer recommend Applianz?

We have experience with both Stan at MyOwnASP and also with Gary at I-BN. I would recommend both. Last we looked I think MyOwnASP was a little cheaper if you expect to get to a high volume of client users, but I think I-BN would would provide a better overall experience for you and your client. Gary has been doing it along time and has the process down.

I can't recommend Applianz either. I personally recommend iSySair http://isysair.com/ from CompuData. Give them a call at 800-223-3282 and ask for Tyler Bower. He can explain how their solution is better able to handle a weather disaster, with the data center in PA and then replicated in Utah. I don't work for them any longer, and I still recommend them!
