Has anyone ever seen where the P/R module's current year and period all the sudden somehow change to a prior period/year? For example, the P/R module _was_ in Q3 of 2016, but now it shows it's in Q4 of 2015. We have confirmation that the quarter was last closed on 7/5, the copy of the company we have from 8/30 shows the P/R module in Q3 of 2016, and the system activity log doesn't show that someone by chance went into P/R Options to change something.

YES! I HAVE! One possibility (this was a long time ago) - pull up the PR0 file and see if there are multiple records in the file with different company codes (or something like that).

Make sure 'offline file sync' is not turned on.

Is it possible someone did a company copy the wrong way?

Not seeing anything like that, @BethBowers. 'Offline file sync', @DawnKulbacki?? Doesn't appear to be the case, @MaryJoKrueger.

Offline File Sync is a Windows feature. It can do bad things to Sage data files. Google how to disable offline file sync for your workstation version of Windows. Usually under Control Panel - Sync Center. Check all workstations that use Sage.

I just realized that at one point I was working in their prior 4.40 system in error (which shows Q4 2015), and I'm wondering if something somehow got messed up because of that.
