I know this thread is old, but a customer (2018 Premium) is having this happen today, with WSP integration failing with no licenses available when there should be.
Is there a way I can see the list of active connections (through the service, and MAS90 style)? We use automated VI jobs, but I made sure they were all closed and still have missing licenses.
14 total (in Portal and in *info)
1 used in Master Console (me, logged in to see the master console)
10 available (in *info)
That leaves three unaccounted for. I heard rumors that one is eaten by the system now, so two mystery connections. Any clues of where to look?
*has an idea... perhaps this is it? Two open connections to activate.pvx for users which are not logged into Sage 100.
