Has anyone ever seen a _ExternalURL record in Master Console? Client has 8 of them, all with a date of 5-19-11. These records are incorrectly tying up their user license, and we can't kill them with the red X in Master Console. Next we need to get on the server and likely just kill these hung pvxwin32.exe's (have to first wait for IT to become available though), but I'm curious what these records are. Couldn't find any info on it. Maybe from their usage of FRx?

What about anything that connects externally -- Scanforce, etc.?

The only thing they appear to be using externally is FRx.

The only time I've seen it is with an active EBM customer.

I had this too about a month ago on a MAS 200 v. 4.5 client. It seemed odd to me especialy since the associated program was General Ledger detail report. It went away the next day - the only thing I could guess at was the user with the _ExternalURL was emailing this report. It was at a time when we were having issues (their IT blocking ports) with the email setup in Company Maintenance.
