I've worked with DSD in the past on this same scenario for one of my clients and it is not possible for document copying, drag-n-drop, etc. when logged into Sage using a published app. The InstaDocs users will need to connect to Sage logged into a remote desktop/server.

Thank you, that makes sense.

The InstaDocs panels: maybe.
Opening files / PDF's: maybe. (Perhaps reliant on other aps like Adobe reader being published).
Drag-and-drop of new files from the local machine into the remote Sage panel will absolutely never, never, never work as a remote ap.

We have a client using it. I don't see it can be a published app since it requires access to a Sage 100 data entry screen to view and maintain the docs, e.g. Customer Maint, Vendor Maint, Sales Order Maint, etc.. It only modified existing screens. There are no outside processes that I know of.
