Has anyone encountered v4.4 PU 4 -- A receipt in another Receipt register currently being processed is referencing the same purchase order as a receipt in this register. Run this register when the other process is complete"" updating the Receipt of Goods Register I HAVE found this KB -- http://infosource.sagesoftwareonline.com/sw_attach/kdb.asp?isresolutionconceptid=519693 However it does not seem like a 100% cure (at least in my case). I've tried the KB as well as reinitializing the receipt files without relief.

Did you try deleting the temporary work files mentioned or is that what you are referring to?

I did and no relief. To read the Sage KB entry it's almost as if an upgrade is your only hope -- they mention that deleting the wk files ""might"" help.....

I JUST had this happen about an hour ago! I deleted the record in the PO_ReceiptVarianceCalculation file and then it ran OK.

Does it give you the PO number?

Thanks! That was it. I would have never found that

In this case it turns out all the offending PO# were in that file so I took a backup copy, reinitialized, was able to post.

This is an issue that was fixed in PU8
