Has anyone encountered this FRx error before? I get this when I attempt to login to a company in FRx. Then I get ""FRx Engine Failed to create GL Index file"". I get this error with all of the companies I attempt to access.

I found this: This error is often caused by having partial years setup in the General Ledger. FRx does not accept partial years. You will need to resetup the years to include all 12 periods. The other cause could be that you do not have proper permissions to the database. If it is a SQL Server environment, then you will need db_Datareader access to the data. -- Hope this helps. @GeneUlrich Thanks Gene. I saw that as well, but unfortunately none of those situations apply here.

John, Have you consider rebuilding and compacting the FRX database?
