    Has anyone else who sells Sage HRMS had Blytheco call your customers? They have called and emailed one of my customers who is current on maintenance saying they aren't and would they like to discuss being current again.

    Nope, it's not nice! And they really upset and put my customer into a panic thinking their maintenance had expired. I wonder how Blytheco got this customer's information.

    A few years ago when I was in the Fast Track program and having telemarketing done, a ""prospect"" was found in my town who had MAS200 and were unhappy. Their reseller was Blytheco. I told them that I would try to help them. When I went over my list of prospects with my Fast Track advisor and my partner sales rep, my sales rep told me that I was not to touch Blytheco's customer. I asked several questions about why that was, but all she would say is that she couldn't say anything about it other than to tell me to back off. I got the distinct impression that Sage was protecting Blytheco and helping them in every possible way. I've also had a couple of customers over time be contacted by someone at Blytheco ""out of the blue"", but I've always had a sixth-sense kind of feeling that it wasn't random. In both cases, I got the name of the person who called, called that person at Blytheco, and asked them to not contact my customer.
