Has anyone else run into this and found a solution? Client recently upgraded to 2017. They are getting this error on some but not all workstations (all are Win 10): Error: ""[PVKIO] Login Failed"" when launching Business Insights Explorer on a Sage 100 Advanced system. Sage originally said it was a permission problem but the user was a domain administrator. And the same person can log into two different workstations - one works, and the other doesn't. Sage is now thinking it has to do with a Windows 10 service pack/update. This has been going on since August and have got nothing out of Sage since the tech escalated it. We are hoping someone else has seen this and has a resolution.
