    If someone already has a comparison of the various features of each of the Document Management Systems that integrate with Sage 100, it would be fantastic if you could/would share that so we don't have to recreate the wheel.  Thank you so much!

    The high level view that I use is this.
    InstaDocs - cheap and simple and easy to use, drag and drop.  limited functionality, no approvals, no real workflows.
    EZCM - a bit more sophisticated and more expensvie - can add GL coding of bills being routed for approval. Allows for some workflows. SQL based.
    Altec Doc-Link - the cadillac - can do just about anything, runs on SQL.  Can add on browser access for non Sage users.  Complex approvals and workflows.
