Has anyone come up with letters in a word being replaced by a bullet point icon when using paperless office for sending forms? I have a copy of a invoice but can not see where I can attach it. Sage 100 v4.30.17

Bizarre. It's not using some odd font, is it? Does it happen from all workstations (I'm thinking some odd printer setting, perhaps?)

A client had a similar problem, but just with PDF documents on one workstation. The reports were not legible. The client had purchased a new workstation. Something didn't go right with the workstation setup. We uninstalled the workstation setup, then reinstalled. everything worked OK after that.

Only one user sends the invoices through paperless office, we will try from another workstation. The font is Calibri.

Sounds like the field isn't large enough or is running into the text. Try moving the text down a line to see it the document title is trying to fit itself there.

Mystery resovled! Dont use the font Calibri - one company out of three we changed the invoice font from Times New Roman to Calibri - when they sent out invoices using paperless office the invoice was unreadable to some customers and skipping letters for others. Changed the forms back to the font of Times New Roman, did a test and looks perfectly fine.

Another font to cause trouble is the Verdana font (default in xlsx). VI doesn't like that one. Easy to remember: V for Verdana/VI; C for Calibri/Crystal;::Coincidence? I sincerely hope so. LOL
