Has anyone been running Sage 100 Standard over a Windows 7 peer to peer network? It's specifically listed as not supported, but XP peer to peer was supported. I'm wondering if this is just something they haven't tested, therefore it's not supported. If there is something actually stopping it from working, it would be interesting to know what that might be. The install would be for 2 users using a dedicated workstation as the ""server"". Not really what we usually deal with, but it's only 2 users.

I have a client running WIN 7 Pro as the host of MAS v4.4 (and is used as a workstation) with an XP machine running the client. for several years. Not a major issue (or even one at all). Small shop with usually only one person on MAS at a time, but it does work with two at once. I think Sage doesn't want to deal with it.

I've run Sage 100 Std on peer-to-peer network with mix of 7 and XP. No issues and the speed is fine, but the program is installed on the Win 7 64 bit side that has 8 GB of memory.
