    Has anyone been bold and upgraded to the SWK's 4.50 version of Point of Sale (P2) yet.? any issues?

    I am looking at all the emails from SWK and the last SWK bulletin was Dec 5 and it was a release candidate, no date set for release. It will be interesting to see what they actually release and when..

    We were told it will be out next week. We have a client waiting for it.

    I have a client waiting for it also - They were just told that it was due out in ""February"" - I guess that is next week. They have several modifications that Hightower custom wrote for them and I'm concerned whether or not those have all been documented and passed on to SWK.. The client is anxious to get rolled up so they are PCI Compliant on Credit Card Processing (or at least closer). At the same time they dont' want to be they don't want to be the Guinea pig either.

    We're also still waiting for SWK to release it. If when anyone hears anything solid, make sure we post it here.

    I inquired at the beginning of January and was sent a form email from Patty Benitez saying they'd let me know when it's ready.

    We have two clients waiting for it. On one of them, we had an incident that would require us to re-license MAS using the new Sage Account number and keys. I wrote Patty at SWK about getting new keys for the old POS that would work with the new Sage account number so there would be no interuption of service. Support was very quick to send us a new set of keys. Compared to HT, it was a breath of fresh air.
