On one of them, we had an incident that would require us to re-license MAS using the new Sage Account number and keys. I wrote Patty at SWK about getting new keys for the old POS that would work with the new Sage account number so there would be no interuption of service. Support was very quick to send us a new set of keys. Compared to HT, it was a breath of fresh air.
