Has anyone been able to resolve the following issue? I am trying to get it resolved before Sage releases an official release hopefully in mid-January. Sage says that a Citix guru can get this to work and a Citrix guru I am not. Sage Exchange Desktop not supported with Citrix. Must keep reinstalling Sage Exchange with every session Sage (SPS) does not recommend or support operating the Sage Exchange Desktop application in a Citrix environment. https://support.sagepayments.com/link/portal/20000/20000/Article/1136/I-m-on-a-Citrix-environment-and-the-Sage-Exchange-application-reinstalls-every-time-I-log-in-Why-is-this I'm on a Citrix environment and the Sage Exchange application reinstalls every time I log in. Why is this? Sage Exchange Desktop is a ClickOnce Application, which is stored in the Local Settings of the user's profile. When a user ends a Citrix session, the user's Local Settings are not saved. The result is that any Citrix user running a ClickOnce Application will be required to reinstall the application whenever a new session is begun. TIA @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

I got it working on a terminal server. I had to install it separately for each user.

@RonGouveia Was this a full desktop? We are trying to get this to work from an Application (Icon) launch.

    It was a full desktop.

It should work the same way. It is like setting up the user's profile in Outlook on a terminal server. You have to do it as the user. The Citrix component should not change the behavior of the terminal server. I am not the technical person, but I believe that is how we got it working in our cloud.

We were able to get this working as a Terminal Server Published Ap. One of the 'tricks' is we had to log into each TS profile, launch\install the Sage Exchange piece. Then do the same again on the published ap. Took a while, but that process works just fine on this end. There may be some TS/Citrix permission issues to address in order to get this to work.

We were able to get this to work by copying the profile of a working users and then writing the application launch script to copy the working profile, install the Exchange Desktop and then launch Sage 100. Thanks for everyone who helped.
