Has anyone been able to import into AR Invoice Data Entry when the company has expanded customer numbers (> 7)? Import will only look at first 7 characters.

Did you change the field length in the Import Field Properties window? I think you need to change Source from 7 to the correct length

yes - it would not retain a value over 7

Try changing Max first and then Length.
