Has anybody seen where a barcode prints fine from within Crystal (non-wrk files) but not via the custom reports menu in Sage 100? (v2017)

I have wrestled with this issue for a v2015 client for some time now. Very difficult to trouble shoot when printing is happening in CA and I am in VA and support from client is minimal.

try changing the page settings (for the printer), inside the crystal report, set it to ""no printer"" or if it already is set to no printer you can try setting it to a printer that handles the fonts. I've found that setting can affect which printer drivers are used.

@DavidOverholt, we did already address the printer setting inside the .rpt, but maybe we need to try a few other printers. Thanks. @JeffSchwenk, you couldn't get the client to fly you out to CA?

I was out there in 2015 but they were still on an older version. it is time for a return trip.
