    Hi everyone - An update to registration.  You can register under Consultant and use the code BOARD and there will be no charge. 

    I hope you all have a Happy Holidays!

    Registered-TY for the code.  :) 
    For the Hotel, do you need us to register for our own rooms individually; or is that something you handle?  What nights or how many nights total is 90Minds paying, for the Board Members?  If we book on our own using the IHG Website Link under the Venue Tab of the Event Pages, do we book for Deluxe or Premium type rooms (what did you negotiate/Plan)?  I will hold off on booking rooms; for now.  Happy New Year!

    Good morning 

    There is no "limit" on nights within reason. This would be too difficult to manage given everyones various locations and flights needs.  That said the presumption would be Tuesday through Saturday (up to 5 nights).  

    Please go ahead and make your own rooms arrangements as wanted or needed and when complete they will be moved to the master account (and upgrades as needed).   If you require a longer stay, book the stay you need and we can confirm details later.  This way they can also capture your IHG information.  I hope this helps.
