Just sharing a use case we get a strong but positive reaction to.
For companies with recurring orders, we can take the order history syncing from Sage into Salesforce and calculate average order frequency, expected next order date, and which accounts are now overdue. It also rolls up into rep-level reports so they know who to call first.
