  • 1.  Gross vs WH wages, W3 vs FUTA

    Have a client with W3 wages that are 177.60 different than the FUTA wages (after taking into account pre-tax insurance).  I have written a report from the PR_40 file AND the PR3 file and I can't find the W3 number anywhere.

    Does anyone have a suggestion of where else to look?  No one had this gross on a check, no check reversals for this amount.

    Not that I can see.  If it's a sum of more than one, then maybe, but it's no one's year total or week total.

    Do you mean FIT, not FUTA?  Do the 941's reconcile for​ all quarters?

    Everything I can find comes up with a different total than the W3.  I have not had the client add up the W2s to confirm this, but may have to.  250 of them - ugh.
