The magic with this solution is there are a lot of apps which integrate directly and save you even more time. I use the Google Chrome Extension and the ifttt integration. http://bufferapp.com/extras

Same here plus Feedly on the iPad and they have a javascript solution for the Safari browser on the iPad.
