Enterprise Software Podcast just released episode 108 which features Forrester analyst Jay McBain talking about channel trends. He is quite good and Bob and Darcy ask some very on-point questions. Much of what Jay talks about is also in the slide that Sage discussed at Thrive On although Jay discusses certain portions in more depth and fields Q&A from the hosts.
This is a great listen if for no other reason than it will give you some background into what publishers like Sage and Microsoft and Acumatica are up against with their channel programs as well as some of what we can expect in the future.
