We don't have Great Plains experience (except where it comes to integrating CRM) and would refer you back to Eide Bailly / Michelle.
PS. If you all think that the Sage names are horrible now, imagine this in the Microsoft world: EVERYTHING is Dynamics 365. We routinely get leads looking for Dynamics 365 and 30 minutes in they finally get around to specifics - and it's accounting needs, not CRM. Gotta love the marketing geniuses at these software publishers! (that was sarcasm)

Just to note, in HL you can select Directory, Advanced Search and at the bottom of the options, are certification searches. I just checked, and no one has marked off Microsoft Dynamics 365 yet. We'll have to get @Peter Wolf or @Eric Anderson to check off this cert.
