Great enhancements coming in the next 4.4x release of JobOps ... JobOps Version 4.40 R4 Enhancements Preview 1. New, re-written setup screens in Sage's object-oriented framework: Work Ticket Class Maintenance, Activity Code Maintenance, Employee Maintenance, Employee Web Security, Earnings Code Maintenance, Applied Labor Account Maintenance, Customer/Activity Bill Rate Maintenance and Miscellaneous Codes Maintenance. Work Ticket Class Maintenance and Activity Code Maintenance allow custom office user defined fields that you can (optionally) flow data onto a Work Ticket step record. All setup screens have crystal-reports-based hardcopy/listings. 2. A New Crystal File Generation utility. Legacy Crystal File Generation will remain so end-user's reports will not be immediately obsolete. At some point, the legacy CFG will be sunset. The new utility merges Work Ticket data into two tables. It does support custom office user defined fields. It supports filtering. It supports saved report definitions. It supports unique tables (so two people can concurrently generate unique datasets). 3. New work ticket printing. Work Ticket Printing has been changed to use the new table structure from the new Crystal File Generation utility. Allows concurrent printing. Also allows printing a historical work ticket. 4. The new feature, Data Collector, is a user interface that allows the user to review the data, will review Service Contracts, import of Miscellaneous Time and Punch In/Out records. Visual Integrator is not required to use Data Collector but Time Tracker is required. Data Collector is an optional module that will need to be purchased by end users.

It's amazing what progress can be made when you add a second programmer.

I heard it's compatible with PU9 and should be available by the end of the month.
