That's a good question. In all likelihood the 80/20 rule probably will kick in. Should we create a separate group called ""shared resources"" and publish that info there? I have no problem allowing everyone to use it. The issue that we run into is that nobody pays attention to the availability until one day they remember they need to use it -- then there's a request for us to teach them all over again how to get into the system and to create a meeting, etc.
It might be easier to gather up all the people who are experienced and want to make use of it and share the password privately vs opening it up to everyone which in turn could generate a lot of support requests.
