Gotowebinar - $750/yr -- I think we should take this and pay the full year in advance. We are still on the trial plan for another 10 days or so.

Can't we get @JimWoodhead involved in vendor negotiations? That three year for the price of one SC deal was VERY sweet!!!! Go for it!

Citrix is a bastard to deal with. I have some experience with them. $750 is a good deal in my book. I say get it.

Booked it today for $758. What makes this an even better deal is if we have other members use this for gotomeetings and the members can save $$ on the fee. Gotomeeting has their own calendar so you can see who has created a meeting already - which should help avoid scheduling conflicts.

Is the calendar view posted on an earlier note?

How are we going to handle the password? Like 90minds2014? Just publish it?

That's a good question. In all likelihood the 80/20 rule probably will kick in. Should we create a separate group called ""shared resources"" and publish that info there? I have no problem allowing everyone to use it. The issue that we run into is that nobody pays attention to the availability until one day they remember they need to use it -- then there's a request for us to teach them all over again how to get into the system and to create a meeting, etc. It might be easier to gather up all the people who are experienced and want to make use of it and share the password privately vs opening it up to everyone which in turn could generate a lot of support requests.
