    Got this support call today and it was not the PR renumber employee. Found out with *INFO you can now see the date when the customer surpassed their tier. This message is displayed during tax recalc and will not let you continue, so it was urgent call to Sage to get upgraded to next tier so they can finish payroll for Friday.

    I thought they always IMPLIED you had some leeway, not that you had to do it rightthissecond.

    Did they ignore previous messages? What version are they on? I had a client get a message about going over their tier and they were able to continue with the payroll they were in the process of doing. Their message was something like to this....""You are attempting to pay more employees than your payroll subscription allows. You can continue processing until 8/11/17."" The date listed was 45 days out. We increased their tier the next week without issue.

    v5.3.3 and they do bi-weekly payroll so this is the first time they saw it. The date they went over was last payroll 7/22

    Strange! My client is on 5.20.5. I wonder if it's a version specific issue?!? We know they made PR subscription ""fixes"" in v5.3.4, but nothing specifically about this.
