Got his bit of spam this morning from the contact form on our web site, and I think it might be the most disgusting business model I have ever seen (and I am including Facebook in that): Below is the result of your feedback form. Really icky concept. I am, however, skeptical that it actually works. Or that it's legal. I suspect that there is a signup fee, and perhaps (though probably not) a performance bonus. the purpose is to take your money and leave. But then again, I might be having a Pollyanna Syndrome attack ...

I'd be afraid that if you didn't keep using the negative SEO provider that they'd use some of their evil witchcraft on you.....

What, no ""Meet the Management"" page with pics of the vermin?

Talked to my SEO guru/friend. Use somebody like these guys and Google will eventually trace it back to your domain and sandbox you for life....not worth the risk.
