Got a customer wanting to change the subject message by form code when e-delivering S/O Orders and/or Invoices. (2016C Std). As far as I know the email subject message can only be changed by form type as opposed to form code. Anybody have any ideas or am I missing an obvious way to accomplish this?

    That's my understanding. Cast a vote: https://www5.v1ideas.com/TheSageGroupplc/Sage100ERP/Idea/Detail/12175. Looks like that's @MadelineStefanou's.

Btw @MadelineStefanou , I assume your customer is just living without this for now? No creative workaround that you came up with?

Brett, I have to do something similar to what you are looking as an alternative to doing a Word Mail merge for dunning letters which has too many steps. I'm thinking of having a form code for each A/R 30, 60,90, aging day letter. Once I create a list of customers, generate the letter/form, and ,based on the aging, create a different subject message before emailing it. I'm researching it now to see if I can do it. Will let you know if I can.

@BrettLyder I had not come up with a creative workaround... If I am not mistaken, the Sales Department Previews and saves a Quote as a PDF, and then just emails it directly, not using paperless. Customer Service use Paperless for actual order acknowledgements and the email is a common CSR email address.
