Important Information Regarding ISM's Shipping Link Enhancement

As you are most likely aware, Sage will be releasing a new fully integrated Shipping Product for the Sage 100 (MAS 90 / MAS 200) product within the next month. With this new product becoming available, ISM has decided to retire the ISM Shipping link Enhancement.
We will continue to update Service packs for version 4.5 until 3/31/13. Effective immediately we will no longer be selling any new copies of our Shipping Link Product.
Any upcoming Support/Maintenance agreements will be pro-rated through March 31, 2013. Your customer must stay current on maintenance in order to receive any service pack updates for version 4.5 over the next year.

After March 31, 2013, support will be available on a per call basis at a rate of $225.00/hour, billable in 15 minute increments. Our current per call rate is $160/hr (for those not on a support plan).
Customers who want to upgrade that are not current on maintenance: We will charge a flat upgrade fee of $495 Reseller cost; $645 SLP. This does not include ISM services to assist with upgrade. That will be billed on a time & material basis.
Customers who want to upgrade that ARE current on maintenance: They will get all releases until March 31, 2013. They will receive maintenance renewals pro-rated only up to March 31, 2013.

We will be sending a notification to all end users within the next 2 weeks.
