    Good morning, I have a client who entered a new Case. After accepting, then going back in they get the following error: Any thoughts? An unexpected event has occurred: EVariantTypeCastError: Could not convert variant of type (OleStr) into type (Boolean)

    Custom fields? Custom scripting? Changes to tablescripts? Did it just start happening? Is it repeatable? For other users too? What about from admin account?

    Only one case, all users, some scripting. But only as issue on this specific Case.

    Simple fix would be to delete case and re-enter. If problem reoccurs, take a long look at data being added. Seems like a required field is being left blank maybe?

    Peter, this was just a meta data refresh issue. A new YES/NO field was created. Once refreshed we were all set.. Frustrating I didnn't try it first, but wanted to circle back.
