Good morning! Experiencing a gloomy rainy day today in Elkhart.

About the same in Knoxville. At least I have an Abra project to brighten my day!

I just got done with a client conference call to discuss one of those integration projects that starts off with the vendor promising the client that everything will work perfectly and that they've done it a million times. I know this is going to end up with the words (paraphrased) - ""We did our part but MAS90 did not work"". Note: We were not involved in recommending or analyzing the integration. It was one of those sweet deals where it was just casually mentioned.

Maybe they have done it a million times and maybe everything will work. It could be one in a million.

True - except it's 2 months late and nobody at the customer really has ownership of the project so I'm nervous.

We had a client who went out on their own, viewed a demo of a shpping product, the vendor told them they were integrated with MAS90, (not) and our go live has been postpone for over three months.

I don't believe in one of a milion. Watch your steps.
