As a company we moved to installing/supporting KS when Sage switched nyears ago. I had a couple of clients that Sage grandfathered in and we moved them to KnowledgeSync as we upgraded them. I used to support Business alerts, but if I had to support it today I would be useless. KnowledgeSync is pretty stable; their support has been good the few times we needed them.
