FYI - I made a concession to them to move this and said they could send two people to the conference.

I also added in a Diamond level at a higher price point for the event sponsorship. I put a fourth vendor timeslot on the books for this level. I hope that's ok - it is being sold at $3,500 so I'm good with it. I will pull it if 4 vendor sessions is too much. My thoughts are that if we limit them to 45 minutes, it's 4 x 45 = 3 hours plus some change in transition for $9,000 in sponsorship (assuming they all are sold. That seems like a good deal to me and will help keep the costs down for members.

I am trying to do a video call through G+ supposedly google hangouts is not active for google apps accounts these days???

fucking hate, hate, hate g+ when I click hangout, it says it is not enabled and I need to go in to admin console and enable it. I go to admin console and it says ""hangouts are enabled for all users

@JeffSchwenk - I emailed you about this already. Can you let me know about invoice format? I can handle the processing if you have a template that I can use. If you don't, I can whip up an Excel based invoice for the vendors. Please let me know.

When inking these deals, send me the vendor's billing information, sponsorship level and amount and I'll turn an invoice around to you for inclusion in the paperwork.
