    Going to kill an IT guy who can't get the f-ing permissions on the Sage folder correct yet swears it's OK even though the system is asking for a login when he tries to browse. GIVE ME STRENGTH.

    La La La, can't hear you guys badmouthing IT.... If you want to help him out, send him this link to AccessEnum (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897332.aspx), a utility that shows permissions of a folder and where they are different than the parent folder.

    or you can run it yourself (no install needed) and send him a screenshot...

    Sorry, if the IT guy is going to swear to me that the users all have the exact same permissions as he does yet they only see the Deferred printer, he can wallow in it a while until he figures it out.
