I renamed the Links folder, re-migrated the company, reinstalled Avatax & APS, then re-converted. Back story is that in v2017, they had Scanco Multi-bin and Starship installed, but had not been used for a couple years. There were no modules to uninstall in that version. I cleaned up menus in v2020 by removing Scanco tasks in the modules. I suspect the enhancements were at the root of this issue..
