Somewhere in the recesses of my memory banks, I remember something about not being able to attach documents to Direct Deposit Stubs in Payroll when using Gmail.  State of Oregon has some new documents they want their employers to send out to all employees by the end of this year, and we have clients who have employees that only have Gmail accounts.  A couple of them are trying to do one email to their employees that will have both the latest DD Stub, as well as the required document at the same time. The Documents and DD Stub attach to any other email providers that employees might have, but the document attachment fails when a Gmail account is used.  The Direct Deposit stub goes through, but the Oregon "required" notice does not. We are assuming this is a limitation of Gmail, but I thought I would pose the question here if anyone has found a solution when emailing multiple documents to folks with Gmail accounts.  TIA!

I don't have the Gmail answer.
Is it possible to send a link to the State of Oregon document in the body of the DD email?
Is it possible to add the link (temporarily) right into the DD stub?

Thanks Wayne - I'll send this on to the techs to see if they can't test those options.  Thank you so much!
