Sage 100

The Global Customer Change utility works fine for changing a sales tax code from a specific code like XX to AVATAX
What I found it doesn't change is any ship-to addresses ( which I believe are used if they exist )


Is this a VI job or have I missed some option? 

It looks like Avalara's utility will let you update all customers - however this particular customer only wants to use Avalara initially for one state - leaving the sales tax code as NONTAX in the states they are not concerned with..

You nailed it, I've always done a "VI" Job for both customer and Ship To Addresses.

Some of this Avalara is trial and error because I find that asking Avalara tends to elicit what seem to be mostly guesses.
