This is a weird one that just started this week with Sage 100 2020 Premium.
When printing trial balance reports from GL, AR, and AP, most of the records are missing. But when I print the aged invoice reports in AR and AP, all the records show up. I checked the data, and it's not a data or date issue.
The problem seems to be with the generated temp tables. I looked at the temp table in SQL, and only a few records are there, so the reports are just printing what's in the table. This is happening in all the companies in this Sage 100 instance. It's like something broke in the trial balance reporting function, or maybe something changed on the SQL server. I haven't checked all the reports to see where else this might be happening.
I'm hoping someone has an idea what could be going on. Why only the trial balance reports? Is there a common process or program that only the trial balance reports use that might be broken? I'm holding off on reinstalling everything because of the number of enhancements we have, and the disruption it would cause. No other changes have been made to the software (like patches) in a year. I've also submitted a case with Sage.
