    GL Fiscal year change process - does anyone have procedures for fixing the buckets in all the modules such as AP, AR, sales person history, inventory - tons of different buckets, sales order etc. I think AP and AR are pretty easy but Inventory looks like it is a mess because the inventory transaction history table does not get the correct fiscal periods after the fiscal year change so when you run the utility to recalc history it appears to do it incorrectly.

    What version? The AR/AP fix utility that Martin and Associates (actually Randy Marion) developed is a good one to use. Does Sage even have one for that. Did you check the fiscal period flag in IM set up? Could be the issue there.

    For Inventory I've used this http://dsdinc.com/enh/by-module/inventory-management/imfx.html Be advised there appears to be a bug in 4.4 that Sage claims is fixed in 4.5 that causes some of the periods to only show a short year -- the remaining ones are blank -- after the fiscal year change. I have a customer now awaiting a 4.5 UG to fix this issue. The DSD recalc worked fine and was pretty quick. The rebuild of AP and AR buckets may be addressed by the Randy utility that has been floating around for a while which goes through and recomputes period totals. This has been used after upgrades when Sage didn't take the time to write their own utility to make the detail totals for AP and AR recompute.

    To clarify - the bug above I am talking about is with the Inventory periods

    Looks like the DSD did not do for 4.4 & 4.5 version
