  • 1.  Getting this error message during a CRM install.

    Getting this error message during a CRM install. Does anyone know what it means exactly? My suspician is that the SP cannot locate the registry keys, but not sure. It could also be flaky install files. I am in the process of downloading a new ISO to client's server. should be done by 11PM or so.

    Jeff - just curious what program did you use to extract the files with?

    Not sure. The original DVD I burned last year using my WIN 7 Professional laptop. Windows had a utiltiy to do it. DVD seemed to burn without issue. When I installed the program in 2011, the MAS portion installed without issue. Since then, they have replaced the server and we only copied MAS, did not install so if it is looking for registry keys of MAS, there aren't any to be found.

    Ok - I was asking because I seem to have had problems on occasion using the rar unzip program. Normally I use 7-zip to unzip the iso files.
