    Getting the message "Error in File (report name) #########(GUID).rpt: Database Connector Error" after upgrading from 2018 to 2022. The report is a payroll report and uses the PII worktable. It runs in crystal without the error, but of course is missing the PII data.

    KB Solution ID: 93373 suggests using CheckDate utility to locate bad dates. it comes up clean on all files.

    Is there something further that needs to be done when using the PII worktable.

    Re: the PII file, I think you need to first add the report to the custom reports menu, and run it.

    It is already on the menu in the 2022 install. Do I need to remove it and add it back adding the PII table again?

    Maybe it's an issue in the PII table itself? Can you remote the PII from the report and add the report back to the Custom and see if it works? Then add PII and maybe one field from the PII? Process of elimination

    Removed and re-added to the menu, adding the PII worktable, that did it. For some reason though it left the old report on the custom reports menu, used sy_menu_ui to remove it.
