    Getting error notice from State about Electronic w2 saying that the RS record is wrong for State Control Number (331-339). Sage's output puts the 7 character employee number in that position with two blanks and not the State Control Number. Instead the State Control Number is in position 248-256 which would be the State Employer Account Number and usually would be Blank.Is this a setting I am missing, an update or patch that I am missing? v4.4.0.8 MAS 200

    I know in the old days for Mag Media .. er .. Electronic Reporting they didn't fix any issues related to the State W2 export file. Since they purposely didn't keep up with state research .. the position was ""you are on your own"". You could do a quick check for patches but methinks you won't find any and would need to fix the programming yourself or fix the ascii file yourself.
