Getting back around to the Bylaws & Membership Requirements, do we need separate membership requirements documentation for 90 Minds and OASIS?

Also, how much vetting do we want to do of OASIS applicants? I've mostly looked at websites to see if they look like they're a Sage partner or not and gone with that.

Yes and I think one vetting is price. The other is to check website like you have been doing. Perhaps the names of those applying go into a 90 Minds only group (repurpose an existing one) for a day so people could comment publicly. Make the user guide/description of responsibility a Google Doc so it can be updated in one place and shared .03

Do you want to create a folder in the 90 Minds Google Docs and share out a membership requirement document for: 1. 90 Minds membership 2. Oasis membership 3. Dues Structure & requirements to remain a member 4. Non-Disclosure agreement If we create separate documents we can update each independently without having to send a more lengthy update.
