  • 1.  Getting an error when attempting to install 2014 I

    Getting an error when attempting to install 2014 IRD for a client on Sage 100 ERP 2013 PU 7. Logged onto server as the administrator, ran IRD as administrator. Server is 2012R2. Error is: Post Installation Finalize Failed Error Number: 0x80020009 Description: <Error: 0 in Method WRITELOG> Setup will now terminate. Any idea??

    Have you tried to run Pvxcom.exe, then run it again?

    Yes, i did run pvscom.exe and then ran install agan.

    Is the activity log too large, unable to add records to it? If you try to log in, does it create a record of that activity?

    Mine was actually the Tax Tables, but it was the same Post-Installation Finalized Failed.

    This was resolved by Sage support rebuilding the paperless office log file.
