    Getting an error trying to print a VI job log. Any way around this? Customer wants failed records only.

    Sounds like a corrupted file.

    Was this a large import? I've seen this on 4.50 and what I've done in the past was print the job log from VI maintenace after the job ran, VI header has Job log button on the configuration tab. Used Preview and then exported. Hope that helps.

    This happened in both places, after the import or from VI Maintenance. Turns out, the Long Description field (where I had noted several specifics about the job) was too long!
